The Less Nasty Reason for Amnesty

The more nasty reason is that it allows jihadis to sneak across the border and join the imported army hiding out in the mosques with their cached weopons.

If the Western press, the Soviet-style Media, succeeds in keeping that traitorous thought from becoming commonly understood for the deadly threat that it is, then the following may be allowed to become the meme that replaces it.

The less nasty reason is, quite simply, that both parties have aligned to allow 0 to fast-track the importation of a new American citizenry more to their liking.

The Mexican and Central American peasants, being accustomed to a very limited set of opportunities by their despotic upper classes, view coming to America as a chance of a lifetime. And it is and will continue to be for some unknown short-term.

This is especially so because they are given that all sorts of socialist goodies from the moment they cross the border, making the traditional American lure of an opportunity to make a good life from ones own abilities run as a distant second lure.

In a post from 2011, Ameristocracy Targeting TJICs, I coined the phrase Ameristocracy. Please read it.

The incoming third-worlders, long accustomed to being abused by their despots, are more accepting of their new, more benign, Norte American despots. They, as a lower class from rigidly classed societies, cannot understand why native Norte Americanos could be concerned.

Native Americans are simply not malleable enough to be relied upon to go along with the ever more demanding desires of our Ameristocracy and its ruling class. So a population that IS more accustomed to being bossed around is highly desirable and so welcomed open arms.

It serves to dilute voter resistance to the extent that voting still has any meaning.

And what bothers me most about this is that although it is bad that America is on the fast track to becoming a more rigidly classed society that it never really has been (upward mobility has long been an American dream come true time and again), it IS the less nasty reason for why amnesty is bad.

You do recall what the more nasty reason is don't you? Jihadis hiding amongst the invaders.

It would be a good thing were these peasants would come to understand how short-lived their improved life will be once the more nasty reason became "kinetic."

However, how in the world could we ever convey to them that they are welcomed here because they serve as useful idiots in providing cover for terrorists? Given how impossible it has been to convey to our fellow native Americans (with no language barrier) how deadly is our Ameristocracy to the existence of America as the home for individual freedom.

Pray.

Phony Comaraderie

This morning's email brought the following solicitation.

To

me

Hey Pascal,

I wanted to check in to see if you'll be able to contribute towards Heritage's million dollar goal by the December 31 deadline.

Blah, blah, blah, blah.

Blah, blah.

Blah, blah, and blah.
All my best,

Christie Fogarty
Director of Membership
The Heritage Foundation

P.S. The Heritage Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, so your gift by December 31 is tax-deductible.
Response:

Hey Christie (if that's your real name),

Your "Hey Pascal" greeting is the kind that I receive from buddies with whom I email back and forth regularly.

Am I now one of your buddy correspondents that this greeting seems appropriate?

It's been my experience that emails of this sort come from a mass mailing, and that yours is a one way email address that accepts no incoming
Bottom line: it's a waste of any recipient's time to respond to them as they would with any of their  buddies.

So, next time, don't even consider greeting me with you condescending "Hey" at the least.
In fact, you may address me as Mr. Fervor. Make some attempt to begin on the right foot.

Adults Needed for the Anti-Statist Movement

JWF posted the following headline from the Washington Examiner. It ought to be pissing the adults in the country off.

"Democrats will pay political price for Obamacare in 2014"

Hardly.

The American public is far less Statist than our Soviet-style Media wants us to believe. Hence the relentless propaganda against the TEA Party movement as far Right.

But SSM never even hints, let alone admits, how far Left the Dem Party (and itself) is today.

Meanwhile the GOP is filled with liberal Statists who would rather see a GOP candidate lose to a Dem than let any additional TEA party types win and thus have a chance to form a true anti-Statist party.

Bottom line is that too much of the GOP hierarchy are Progs throwing plays to serve the other team. They do it because Dem views and moneyed interests are much closer to their own hoity-toity position than the position of us members of what they call the hoi polloi (when they aren't calling us racist, homophobes or xenophobles; and it is only a matter of time before they are dehumanizing us as Goebbals did Jews).

This headline may not be a complete lie, but it is misleading. If the GOP remains obstructed because too many Karl Rove type picks get elected, we will only see more govt growth from maneuvers where the Hastert rule is ignored or the filibuster gets gutted without consequence.

Thus Dem losses in 2014 are not enough to turn things around. God help us.

How Deep In the Quicksand ARE We?

Well, the following series of observations, attributed to Donald Trump and chain-emailed, pretty much reduces us to joking about the authoritarian vise we see being built and closing in upon us.

I'm not a big Trump fan but this is pretty good
Trump Explains Dumbo Care

No one can sum it up better than Trump

Let me get this straight . . .
We're going to be "gifted" with a health care
plan we are forced to purchase and

fined if we don't,
Which purportedly covers at least
ten million more people,
without adding a single new doctor,
but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents,

written by a committee whose chairman
says he doesn't understand it,

passed by a Congress that didn't read it but
exempted themselves from it,
and signed by a Dumbo President who smokes,
with funding administered by a treasury chief who
didn't pay his taxes,
for which we'll be taxed for four years before any
benefits take effect
,

by a government which has
already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare,
all to be overseen by a surgeon general
who is obese,

and financed by a country that's broke!!!!!
'What the hell could possibly go wrong?'

And what is the Republican Party doing about it? Scheming to elect Mitt Romney to administer this horror show.

Progressed to Contempt Acknowledged

"Oh Pascal, you're over-wrought."
That was the overwhelming reaction to my Progress-Of series of posts.

Yet, today, in reporting on the Indiana Democrats fleeing their state to avoid voting on legislation they don't like (following the Wisconsin Dem slime trail), Drew M concludes:
They call themselves "Democrats" but refusing to debate and vote is fundamentally un-democratic. In November, voters made it clear business as usual was over and that the public fisc would no longer be the piggy bank for the Democrats coalition and this is how they respond...with contempt. [emphasis mine]
My last entry in the Progress-Of series, 18 Nov 2009, was
Altruistic ==► Casuistic ==► Craven ==► Shameless ==►
Brazen ==► Sneer at US ==► Contempt for US ==► [TBD]
So there you go. Ace of Spades HQ has finally acknowledged what I've been trying to convey to a wider audience. Better late than never.

This contempt for America by the Statists and their Left shock troops will only get uglier as the days wear on. Be the leader and warn all you care about.

SKUNCs, DAMNED SKUNCs, and Statist Icks

First, let's salute cynical humorist Mark Twain, who made most famous the line bowdlerized by the title of this post.  However, the treachery I'm addressing is no laughing matter. Statist icks is really quite an understatement. If anyone can suggest a more disgustingly apt term, be my guest.

For those who may be new here, yesterday we concluded a 35 day long search for a more accurate acronym than RINO. A Republican who, due to declines in the electoral institution, finds he no longer is held accountable to voters he allegedly represents, remains a republican still until the republic dies completely. The acronym I liked best was SKUNC -- Statist Knowingly Undermining National Charters. However, it's an acronym which is a suitable label for all those seeking to subvert the fundamental charters of their nations for the benefit of a few.

So I've kluged together an additional acronym to tack on before SKUNC:

Deceitful American, Morally Noxious, Elitist Defenders of Statists Knowingly Undermining National Charters

DAMNED SKUNCs refers to members of the Republican Party who view conservatives with contempt, and will sell out American sovereignty to the detriment of the whole world. They are worse than the radical-Left dominated Democratic Party. At least the Dems have made little secret for their contempt of America and her middle class. They've been actively subverting the US for at least 50 years, and makes no show of loyalty to founding American principles. But the GOP is the ostensible opposition to that -- and our SKUNCs are the lowest form of human life known: false patriots; moles; fifth columnists; Quislings who lack the former heroics and stature of a Benedict Arnold.

It's not perfect, but I personally like the sentiment.

That they are willing to sell out the US of A makes it clear to every other nation in the world that the United States government at every high level is now totally unreliable in a pinch. House Speaker John Boehner on Egypt sounded like Jimmy Carter! No effing wonder that Mubarak and Jordan's King Abdullah are looking for the exits.

I say that if the prayers of men who have yearned to be free are heard, that once the United States is subverted to the UN or some other globalist entity, the US SKUNCs would most certainly be the most damned among a whole host already damned.

Ask for forgiveness and turn on the other DAMNED SKUNCs while you still have a chance, you dumb bastards.

Ameristocracy Targeting TJICs

In comments to my post inspired by the "I am TJIC" campaign, I was driven to think about stunning new challenges that the American citizen is facing. We are living witness to the buildup of unprecedented top-down edicts and concomitant restriction on individual rights. The destruction of our culture and its nurturing of good leaders is the cause, but it's not yet fully destroyed in those who remember our ethical legacy.

What prompted this were comments by an anonymous troll, who fashions himself as speaking for "your betters."

The interchange which followed led me to the following observation:
I'm not the type who'd file a complaint about the threat [to me by the troll], but someone must have in Travis' case. [Is there any doubt that the Feds prodded locals to act on their behalf?]

In 1993, Clinton signed the Omnibus Crime Bill which, IIRC, made a capital crime out of killing a number of (~100 different) Fed elected officials and bureaucrats. That made them a protected class under Fed law -- as if local laws were insufficient. I do not recall if "threats" real or imagined was included in that law.

So, maybe this is what Cowardly Threatener meant by our "betters." They're protected better. So the Left, which favors large govt, gets to threaten us explicitly without being hassled, but the Right is threatened by the govt who lodges complaints over imaginary threats.

Og, doesn't there seem to be a post developing here about the unequal treatment under the law lending itself to effectively SUSTAINING an American aristocracy? Look -- anyone not anointed by the political system to be allowed to run for office, or be in their
recognized media, CANNOT speak a harsh word against anyone in government lest it be construed as threatening.

Sounds like a Catch 22 doesn't it? That's some catch, yes-sirree.

Og, the Neanderpundit, God bless him, DID write  "its good to be king" in a justly inspired post today. Pray that others take up this theme. Here's why.

Our "public servants" -- formerly our equals -- have written laws to make a protected class of themselves. They have special standing before the law* and are seeking more of it. They have, in their own minds, risen above their station of, posh, "public servant," to rule over their former masters (the citizen).

Watch for them to write new laws and seek special treatments for themselves that would sustain their new elevation. Making of themselves an American aristocracy, or Ameristocracy. It a concept that even sounds criminal.

TJIC is ANYONE who dares speak against their seizing of power beyond the limits written in our constitution. And there are a lot of us. They are fearful of losing all that they've schemed to achieve by any and all means available. It's like the Godfather ethic. To them "It's only business." Maybe this is why Eric Holder rounded up all old Italian mob bosses.)

Hence, they are targeting all TJICs.

"Thank you very much for identifying yourselves" is the next campaign of intimidation to expect from their lapdog media Administry of Lies. Thus, as Og wisely sees, this nascent Ameristocracy is  behooving us to speak out loudly.

Let's kill the notion of Ameristocracy in its incubator before they arrange our demise.

---
* A protected class with special standing are the people whom my mentor, Blaise Pascal, helped bring low. He used sarcasm to embarrass the "betters" of his time into backing off. His efforts succeeded decades after his death. The Age of Reason ensued.

Our "betters" are shameless, so Pascal's methods no longer work. The type of people Pascal helped bring down are about to reclaim their crown. If you don't like that, recognize what has happened and keep this history lesson in mind. Sarcasm is dead. Use real emotive words, even new ones that convey the sudden and varying threats clearly, and not doublethink words, while you still may.

The Administry of Lies

Do you know what problem I have with using the term Ministry of Lies to refer to what remains of the ostensibly independent institution we call the Fourth Estate in America?

No, not that it is Orwellian. That's the Ministry of Truth. The Ministry of Truth was that institution of information in George Orwell's novel 1984. It was referred to by its Newspeak/doublethink nickname, MiniTrue,  by most every character in the story. It was the institution through which the State determined what minimum of truth would be disseminated by the rulers.

No, and it's not because I am now resigned to avoid engaging in Newspeak -- that's too Politically Cowed for me.  The press lies. Lies. LIES. So what use is sarcasm like "ministry of truth?" None. May as well call it as it is: the Ministry of Lies is fine from a truth stand-point.

The problem I have with Ministry of Lies is that it is too British. America does not have ministers and ministries. America has representatives and administrative departments that are separate from the legislative branch of government. Alas, we did at one time, at least to some extent. But now the Fourth Estate has wholly dissolved into an undeclared agent of the government itself. It is the number one institution that widely delivers the propaganda that the administration wants to be spread. So I've struck upon a new name for the institution that controls all professional denizens of the press.

The old fourth estate once loved to poke fun at elected officials. And it wasn't just Will Rogers and H.L.Mencken, it was just about everyone. Nobody could be sure who in the press would go after them, from members of the Senate onto every other representative from the Prez on down to the local dog catcher -- as in "you wouldn't even elect him for dog catcher."

But our damn Fourth Estate Administry of Lies will not discuss, let alone ridicule, how our public servants are acting like aristocrats. Ameristocracy even sounds like a crime.

More on this (as prompted by Idiot Anonymous, upon whom I bestowed the pseudonym Cowardly Threatener since he lacked the courage to provide even a pseudonym of his own) beginning here, on another day.

**Update by Editor**
In later posts Pascal Fervor began using Agency of Lies instead of Administry of Truth, and much for the same reason stated above -- administry still sounded too British, plus it was clunky. The shortest explanation as to why.he sought to get a more direct label for the agitprop media was that he saw that we were not an Orwellian world quite yet, and felt it best that he speak the truth while he still could.
