The Progs have so undermined our institutions that they have turned our government into the type that allowed Mussolini to lead his country to ruin.

Do not give up without a fight.Pascalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00303025432356543062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8851395.post-2999157481776306412013-08-08T11:45:40.598-07:002013-08-08T11:45:40.598-07:00It happens to be true that we were founded on the ...It happens to be true that we were founded on the idea that in unity there is strength. You see it repeated in the stripes on our flage, and on the two fascia that is on either side of the podium in the House of Representative chambers. It can also be found on the tails side of the Liberty's Head Dime of 1917-1945, (more commonly known as the Mercury Head Dime).

The extremes of fascism came out in the modern era after Mussolini came to power. It's as old as the Etruscan League from which Rome emerged to dominate what had become a tyranny, but retained the idea of "in unity there is strength" that the fascia represents.

However, now as then, the price of liberty is eternal vigilance. So fly that Gadsden Flag below old glory as a reminder of that, and tell that to all who ask you why.Pascalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00303025432356543062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8851395.post-70387695457704118442013-08-08T11:31:50.031-07:002013-08-08T11:31:50.031-07:00I have to agree with that Guy. This is not because of what has been done to this country, it's people, and quite possibly it's future...but for what it has stood for in the past, and for what it (at least to me) represented, once upon a time.

However, the addition of the Gadsen and the original Navy ensign may be in the cards. (As well as placing a permeant flag pole in the front yard to display same.)

Guy S.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8851395.post-10237643849837601112013-08-08T08:03:42.861-07:002013-08-08T08:03:42.861-07:00After the last election I quit flying my US flag. ...After the last election I quit flying my US flag. I had thought about turning it up side down, but felt not enough people would understand. I have thought about a Gadsen flag. That they might understand.

Paulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15708868713277676628noreply@blogger.com
